Service Description

To add microdermabrasion to your service, please consult with the Esthetician* The Swiss Pine tree, known as King of the Alps, can grow and thrive at high altitudes, despite extremely harsh weather conditions. This woods-themed facial is inspired by Pinolumin™ (from the Swiss Pine Tree) to calm sensitive and irritated skin, visibly reduce redness, and protect the skin from the effects of environmental stress. X-Pressin™ optimizes the papain enzyme to offer exceptionally gentle, yet effective exfoliation. French Oak, White Birch, and Cedar offer woodsy benefits that neutralize free radicals, create a more even skin tone, and relieve tension in the skin. Through the protective, soothing, and nature-inspired actives, the skin is left relaxed and radiant. (White Birch Mask can be replaced with HydroJelly™ Mask for an additional fee of $15.) White Birch Mask: The White Birch Mask was created for dry, irritated and/or sensitive skin. White Birch comes from the bark of the Betula Alba tree and inhibits sensitivity while improving skin tone, texture and clarity. The mask is packed with the actives: Neossance® Squalane, Protectol®, Pacifeel™, Sensamone P5, Bisabolol and Pinolumin™ to squelch irritation derived from heat, sun, an impaired skin barrier, or other environmental causes.


Cancellation Policy

All DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks and CashApp. (Note: A processing fee is applied to all payments received via PayPal and Credit Card.) REFUND POLICY The commitment of service to you requires that I not accept other appointments during your reserved time slot. Because of this, all retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds are given after services are completed. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & DELAYS Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by e-mail if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours or you’re unable to reach us by phone: info@eyesbyje.com. ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT POLICY’S HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. FOR A SCHEDULED TREATMENT USING YOUR GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE OR MONTHLY ACCRUED MEMBER CREDIT- IT WILL BE CONSIDERED REDEEMED AND VOIDED ON THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. We recognize the time of our clients and estheticians is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply. NOTE: Clients having paid in full for services shall forfeit their payment for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Clients having paid in full for services and cancel their appointment more than 72 hours in advance, shall receive a refund minus the established retainer amount for the requested service.
