I am Je'Nelle Forbes, a Licensed and Certified Oncology Trained Esthetician and Professional Makeup Artist on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Eyes by Je' was created in 2011 after being prompted by a photographer for prices as I serviced a Carnival Troupe (Mas Band).
Working as a freelance makeup professional, I specialize in makeup for the everyday woman. My focus is enhancing the natural beauty of the client, making them feel good about themselves.

In 2021, I rebranded and Eyes by Je' Makeup Artistry and Spa was
born. Skin care treatments are now included in the list of services I provide. A firm believer in "Progressive, not aggressive treatments", I recommend the best treatment and products to my clients but emphasize that it requires time, commitment, consistency and patience.

2021 celebrated ten (10) years of Eyes by Je's existence in the US Virgin Islands. I'm extremely grateful for the encouragement and support along the way and look forward to many more years.
