Service Description

Follow up monthly treatment available only to clients having completed a chemical peel series. Benefits of Chemical Peels: - Prevents acne - Enhances the absorption of other skincare products - Refines lines and wrinkles - Brightens skin tone - Deeper exfoliation - Treats hyperpigmentation and other skin discolorations - Unclogs pores - Reduces the depth of wrinkles or acne scarring Types of Chemical Peels: 30% Glycolic Peel Great for acne, hyperpigmentation, and sun damage on the skin. 20% Lactic Peel Great for hydrating and exfoliating the skin in a gentle manner. Cranberry Turnover ​Salicylic Peel Great for someone with congested, acne-prone skin. It penetrates deeply into your pores to clear congestion. It can also clear away oils that build up and cause comedones (aka whiteheads and blackheads). Plus, it has anti-inflammatory properties that can offer relief to inflamed breakouts. 10% TCA Peel **Not ideal for those with severely sensitive skin** Good choice for those with scarring or pigmentation issues. Helps with minimizing fine lines, sun damage, and acne scars. Though it produces great results, downtime is required for at least one week. Contraindications: - Active bacterial, viral, fungal or herpetic infection - History of drugs with photosensitizing potential - Pre-existing inflammatory dermotoses (i.e: eczema, psoriais, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus) - Facial cancers, especially facial melanoma - Retin-A or other Vitamin A products must be discontinued approximately 7-10 days prior to treatment. - Active infection of any type, such as Herpes simplex virus or flat warts - Active acne - Open skin lesions - Undiagnosed lesions - Vascular lesions - Sunburn - Waxing (requires a 72 hour waiting period) - Recent use of topical agents such as glycolic acids, alpha-hydroxy acids - Any recent chemical peel procedure - Rosacea - Pregnancy/lactating - Use of Accutane within the last year - Recently had laser surgery/surgery - Permanent makeup - Diabetes – Clients must provide written permission from their GP before treatment can be carried out. - Impetigo - Telangiectasia/erythema - Botox injections within 24 hours


Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments: - A deposit is required to book your appointment (NON-REFUNDABLE). - Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) - processing fees apply to PayPal and credit card payments. - I DO NOT accept personal checks or CashApp. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - I value your time and ours. I kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Email me at info@eyesbyje.com if you need to cancel outside business hours or can't reach us by phone. - Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. - No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Gift certificates/member credits used for no-shows will be considered redeemed and voided. Missed Appointments: - You are responsible for remembering your appointment times to avoid cancellation fees. - Not receiving appointment reminders is not an excuse for missed appointments if the original confirmation was received. Exceptions: I understand unforeseen circumstances arise. If a cancellation is due to events beyond our control (power outage, emergencies, severe weather), we will reschedule without penalty. Deposits Paid in Full: - Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the full deposit. - Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will receive a refund minus the deposit amount. - By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
