To add microdermabrasion to your service, please consult with the Esthetician* The Arctic Cranberry Enzyme contains Cranberry Fruit as well as Arctic Cranberry Seed Oil for a super-boost of antioxidants and essential fatty acids (Omegas 3, 6, & 9). This enzyme contains 2% mandelic and 2% lactic which are anti-bacterial and brightening. It also contains 2% arbutin and 2% kojic for a brightening boost. (Wintermint Mask can be replaced with HydroJelly™ Mask for an additional fee of $15.) The Wintermint Mask is a hydrating mask is packed with antioxidants and hydration. Glycerin, shea butter, and coconut hydrate, firm and improve skin’s tone. Cloud Berry is a potent antioxidants and scavengers of free radicals, and also possess anti-viral/fungal/bacterial properties.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments: - A deposit is required to book your appointment (NON-REFUNDABLE). - Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) - processing fees apply to PayPal and credit card payments. - I DO NOT accept personal checks or CashApp. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - I value your time and ours. I kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Email me at info@eyesbyje.com if you need to cancel outside business hours or can't reach us by phone. - Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. - No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Gift certificates/member credits used for no-shows will be considered redeemed and voided. Missed Appointments: - You are responsible for remembering your appointment times to avoid cancellation fees. - Not receiving appointment reminders is not an excuse for missed appointments if the original confirmation was received. Exceptions: I understand unforeseen circumstances arise. If a cancellation is due to events beyond our control (power outage, emergencies, severe weather), we will reschedule without penalty. Deposits Paid in Full: - Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the full deposit. - Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will receive a refund minus the deposit amount. - By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
