For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any makeup products. This policy aligns with industry standards to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.
🔹 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right!
✔️ Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement for the same item.
✔️ Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send the correct product at no additional cost.
