At Eyes by Je’ Makeup Artistry & Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products that our customers love. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, so please review our policy below:
🔹 All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any makeup products. This policy aligns with industry standards to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.
🔹 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right!
✔️ Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement for the same item.
✔️ Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send the correct product at no additional cost.
🔹 Allergy or Sensitivity Concerns
We provide detailed ingredient lists for all our products to help customers make informed choices. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, we recommend reviewing the ingredients before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions.
🔹 Order Cancellations & Refunds
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
💡 Refunds will only be issued in cases where we cannot provide a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item.
