"The Basic Skin Treatment" is included in this package. - Cleanser - Toner - Extractions - Facial Massage - Mask - Moisturizer - SPF *If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or are lactating, it is very important you relay that information to your esthetician during your consultation and before all treatments. DUE TO THE WARMING AND MICRO-CIRCULATION EFFECT, IT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE OR ROSACEA SKIN TYPES. A beautiful medley of classic fall scents including fresh apples, nutmeg and cinnamon are present in our popular aromatic facial. This facial delivers a comforting, warming effect on the skin skin which is perfect for those seasonal autumn months. The Apple Orchard Enzyme This gentle enzyme is meant to be a mild exfoliant used in a nourishing anti-aging facial. Apples are high in Vitamin C and contain potent antioxidants as well as naturally-occurring malic acid (AHA) to assist in exfoliation. Autumn Spice Hydrating Mask Soothes inflammation while providing anti-bacterial properties. This anti-aging mask reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while hydrating and calming the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments: - A deposit is required to book your appointment (NON-REFUNDABLE). - Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) - processing fees apply to PayPal and credit card payments. - I DO NOT accept personal checks or CashApp. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - I value your time and ours. I kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Email me at info@eyesbyje.com if you need to cancel outside business hours or can't reach us by phone. - Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. - No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Gift certificates/member credits used for no-shows will be considered redeemed and voided. Missed Appointments: - You are responsible for remembering your appointment times to avoid cancellation fees. - Not receiving appointment reminders is not an excuse for missed appointments if the original confirmation was received. Exceptions: I understand unforeseen circumstances arise. If a cancellation is due to events beyond our control (power outage, emergencies, severe weather), we will reschedule without penalty. Deposits Paid in Full: - Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the full deposit. - Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will receive a refund minus the deposit amount. - By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
