Your esthetician will breakdown the weekly treatments. Homecare is VERY important and the client receiving this treatment must follow the recommended homecare guidelines. Contraindications: - Active bacterial, viral, fungal or herpetic infection - History of drugs with photosensitizing potential - Pre-existing inflammatory dermatosis (i.e: eczema, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus) - Facial cancers, especially facial melanoma - Retin-A or other Vitamin A products must be discontinued approximately 7-10 days prior to treatment. - Active infection of any type, such as Herpes simplex virus or flat warts - Active acne - Open skin lesions - Undiagnosed lesions - Vascular lesions - Sunburn - Waxing (requires a 72 hour waiting period) - Recent use of topical agents such as glycolic acids, alpha-hydroxy acids - Any recent chemical peel procedure - Rosacea - Pregnancy/lactating - Use of Accutane within the last year - Recently had laser surgery/surgery - Permanent makeup - Diabetes – Clients must provide written permission from their GP before treatment can be carried out. - Impetigo - Telangiectasia/erythema - Botox injections within 24 hours Week 1 - Home Care Week 2 - Lactic Lightening Peel Week 3 - Glycolic Peel Week 4 - TCA Peel Weeks 5 - 7 - Skin Rests Week 8 - TCA Peelm
All DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks and CashApp. (Note: A processing fee is applied to all payments received via PayPal and Credit Card.) REFUND POLICY The commitment of service to you requires that I not accept other appointments during your reserved time slot. Because of this, all retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds are given after services are completed. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & DELAYS Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by e-mail if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours or you’re unable to reach us by phone: firstname.lastname@example.org. ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT POLICY’S HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. FOR A SCHEDULED TREATMENT USING YOUR GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE OR MONTHLY ACCRUED MEMBER CREDIT- IT WILL BE CONSIDERED REDEEMED AND VOIDED ON THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. We recognize the time of our clients and estheticians is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply. NOTE: Clients having paid in full for services shall forfeit their payment for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Clients having paid in full for services and cancel their appointment more than 72 hours in advance, shall receive a refund minus the established retainer amount for the requested service.
