Service Description
**$25 Deposit required to confirm** **SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE FOR FIRST TIME BACIAL CLIENTS** Sessions are catered to your skin's need and includes treatments that will remove impurities, detoxify the skin, hydrate and help bring a youthful rejuvenated look. Session includes cleanse, steam, microdermabrasion, extractions, relaxing message, serums and a treatment mask. Benefits: - Get rid of back acne - Ease tension to back muscles - Treats dry skin on your back - Improves your skin's health and appearance - Helps in stress reduction This treatments includes microdermabrasion. This is a minimally invasive procedure that smoothes the skin, fade pigmentation and can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, acne scarring and melasma. This is a manual exfoliation utilizing a diamond tip tool to buff off the outermost layer of dead skin on the face. The intensity of the services and the amount of exfoliation can be tailored to each clients preferences. Not ideal for sensitive skin.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments: - A deposit is required to book your appointment (NON-REFUNDABLE). - Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) - processing fees apply to PayPal and credit card payments. - I DO NOT accept personal checks or CashApp. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - I value your time and ours. I kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Email me at info@eyesbyje.com if you need to cancel outside business hours or can't reach us by phone. - Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. - No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Gift certificates/member credits used for no-shows will be considered redeemed and voided. Missed Appointments: - You are responsible for remembering your appointment times to avoid cancellation fees. - Not receiving appointment reminders is not an excuse for missed appointments if the original confirmation was received. Exceptions: I understand unforeseen circumstances arise. If a cancellation is due to events beyond our control (power outage, emergencies, severe weather), we will reschedule without penalty. Deposits Paid in Full: - Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the full deposit. - Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will receive a refund minus the deposit amount. - By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
