Let's have a discussion. This education-focused consultation is ideal for new or prospective clients seeking professional skincare guidance before booking a service. We will discuss: • Skin concerns and history • Current skincare habits • Sensitivity considerations • Professional skincare options used at Eyes by Je’ No treatment is provided during this session. A full intake form is completed only after a service is booked. Perfect for first-time clients or those with sensitive or changing skin.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments: - A deposit is required to book your appointment (NON-REFUNDABLE). - Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) - processing fees apply to PayPal and credit card payments. - I DO NOT accept personal checks or CashApp. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - I value your time and ours. I kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Email me at info@eyesbyje.com if you need to cancel outside business hours or can't reach us by phone. - Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. - No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Gift certificates/member credits used for no-shows will be considered redeemed and voided. Missed Appointments: - You are responsible for remembering your appointment times to avoid cancellation fees. - Not receiving appointment reminders is not an excuse for missed appointments if the original confirmation was received. Exceptions: I understand unforeseen circumstances arise. If a cancellation is due to events beyond our control (power outage, emergencies, severe weather), we will reschedule without penalty. Deposits Paid in Full: - Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the full deposit. - Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will receive a refund minus the deposit amount. - By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
