Ready to feel confident doing your own makeup? This private 1-on-1 beauty coaching session is designed for beginners or those who want to master a simple, polished everyday look, without overwhelm. During this personalized 2-hour session, we will: • Review your current makeup products • Identify what works (and what doesn’t) • Make professional recommendations • Teach proper skin prep • Demonstrate and guide you step-by-step through application • Help you perfect a natural, everyday look • Correct technique in real time • Answer all your beauty questions This is not a glam session — this is education. You will leave understanding: ✔ How to prep your skin properly ✔ How to apply foundation correctly ✔ How to enhance your eyes naturally ✔ How to shape and fill brows ✔ How to complete a polished everyday face You’ll also receive a personalized takeaway guide with product recommendations and step-by-step notes. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. • Sessions are 2 hours. Please arrive on time to maximize your experience. • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session without refund. • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. What to Bring Clients must bring: • Their current makeup products • Brushes/sponges (if available) • A clean face (no makeup upon arrival) If you do not own products, this must be communicated in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - I value your time and ours. I kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Email me at info@eyesbyje.com if you need to cancel outside business hours or can't reach us by phone. - Gift certificates/member credits used for no-shows will be considered redeemed and voided. Missed Appointments: - You are responsible for remembering your appointment times to avoid cancellation fees. - Not receiving appointment reminders is not an excuse for missed appointments if the original confirmation was received. Exceptions: I understand unforeseen circumstances arise. If a cancellation is due to events beyond our control (power outage, emergencies, severe weather), we will reschedule without penalty.
